You are able to initiate a return or exchange on items bought from the Vinti Andrews webstore within 14 days of your order shipping confirmation email.
The returned items will only be accepted if they are in re-sellable condition, unworn, unwashed with tags still attached with original packaging.
If you want to return an item, please let us know why with a valid reason.
You are responsible for an import tax that must be paid.
The items wished to be returned must be shipped back to us with the cost of delivery being your responsibility.
It is your responsibility to ensure the returned items are sent to the correct address and received.

Vinti Andrews webstore has the right to decline any returns if felt that items have been worn, washed or is not in a re-sellable condition.
Once your return has been accepted you will receive an email explaining the return of the payment.
Exhange policy
Exchanges can be made when sizing is incorrect or you are unhappy with the product you received. Exchanges are limited to availability only and must be in re-sellable condition, unwashed and unworn with tags attached and original packaging. Exchanges must be made within 14 days of order shipping confirmation email. If the product is visibly defective or our error we will offer a full refund and will include the cost of returned shipping. We will not offer a replacement, you will need to place a separate order if you still want to receive the item.
Products listed on the webstore as ‘sale’ items or ‘made to order’ items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
Items listed on the Vinti Andrews webstore may or may not vary in price to that of Stockists, purchasing from the webstore is your choice to pay the listed price. The prices on the webstore are non negotiable and are final.

— Write clearly the description (size, code and color) of item/items wanting to be returned
— Please wait for our response with shipping instructions
— Ship item and wait for our acceptance before receiving payment
Shipping policy
When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order. Once we have verified your order and payment details and have approved your order for shipment, we will email you again to inform you of this.
If we encounter a problem when placing your order, you will be notified by email detailing the problem and requesting further information to correct it.
Shipping times may vary based on the shipping service selected during checkout. Please note that Vinti Andrews webstore cannot take responsibility for delays in shipping due to payment transaction delays or customs clearance delays.
Vinti Andrews webstore ships worldwide, however we cannot guarantee that the listed shipping costs on the webstore will cover the entire shipping process. Please check if your country of residence has import/local tax or duty fees as you will be subject to pay them to receive your items once inside your country of residence.

Cancellation policy
Orders can be cancelled prior to receiving the shipping confirmation email. If your order has already been processed it will be your responsibility to return the item back to us including the cost of shipping.
If you wish to cancel an order please contact us as soon as possible so we can verify this before making shipment. The cancellation request must be made to us in writing stating your order number and name in the subject field.
